Home> Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
Ambiance-At first I was not sure if I liked this resort for it seemed so plain in the lobby. Then I realized, that is the whole point with a more holistic minimalist style. By the time I finished my tour of the resort I loved it. If you want an adults only, quiet and serene resort, this is it!
Beach-The beach is large and great for taking walks but as in most beaches in Cabo the undertow is too strong to swim in the ocean.
Charges (extra) - This is not an all-inclusive resort so anything over and above room and tax would be extra.
Distances- Sits on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas about 10-15 minutes into town.
Entertainment on Property -Very low key but that is what you want from getting away from it all.
Fitness Area - State of the art fitness center to accompany the wonderful spa.
Food- I had the pleasure if eating lunch here and I have to say, they dazzled me. I can't remember a time when the food was this good in Mexico.
Getting Around- Short cab ride to Cabo San Lucas, around $13-15 each way.
Internet Access -There is cable internet access in each room and wi-fi access in the common areas. No charge for internet access which is nice.
Jackets and Ties- Keep them at home, but bring slacks and polo shirt for dinner in the restaurant.
Kids-Leave the kiddos at home, this is one of the few adults only resorts in Los Cabos.
Lighting-Very pretty at night the way it is designed.
Medical Services-On call medical services.
Negatives- The same as with most resorts in Los Cabos, non swim able beach at times. I am a pool person so not a big deal and the beach is great to take long walks.
Nightlife- If you want nightlife, Cabo San Lucas is known for its nightlife. This resort will be very subdued and you will not find a party crowd here.
Opportunities-This is a whole different experience compared to staying at other resorts.
Pool-The pool here is very nice overlooking the ocean and even has protectors against the wind being on the Pacific side.
Protection-In room safe.
Recreation-The focus here is the spa and holistic wellness.
Rooms-Very nice yet simple in decor. Again the whole concept is not to add to clutter but keep things simple yet eloquent.
Spa-This is what this resort is know for with its Armonia Spa dedicated to total wellness. This is what many people come here for.
Shopping- Plenty of shopping downtown.
Terrain-Not a large propertt by any means.
Updates-None to report.
View-FABULOUS! Looks out into the Pacific Ocean.
Weather-Warm and dry all year. They do get more rain in September and October. This is a great choice if you normally vacation in July or August to avoid the Monsoons and hurricanes.
WOW Factor-The spa and attention to a serene quiet stay.
X-Y-Z-This is not everyone's cup of tea but if you are looking for a peaceful, spa experience you will enjoy this resort.
