Entry
Requirements |  |
A valid U.S. passport for US born citizens. Any person under 18 years
of age is considered a minor for travel purposes. Special documentation is needed
in certain circumstances. Those circumstances include, but are not limited to:
Minors traveling unaccompanied or with anyone other than their legal parents/guardians
must obtain an original notarized letter of permission signed by both parents.
Minors traveling with only one parent must have notarized written permission from
the other parent. In the case of deceased or divorced parents, legal proof
must be carried to have acceptance of just one parent signature (death certificate,
proof of sole custody, etc) and a notarized Affidavit of Sole Custody form will
be given to the parent. |  |
